From our office in Nantes, you will be part of the Customer Success team and you will work with all teams.
Your role is to manage the relationship with the customers of your portfolio to guarantee that they have the best daily experience with our tool, that they renew their contract and give us referral :
you have a perfect relationship with your clients (daily users and top management) and you understand their needs
you dig and qualify the clients’ needs. You answer to their complex questions about the use of Dashdoc, to make sure they reach their targets and they have value with our tool
you follow closely unsatisfied, inactive and decreasing customers
you contribute to product improvement through client feedback.

Transport knowledge : you have a first experience as dispatcher or driver in a transport company or logistics company
