We’re a Paris-based SaaS company, founded in 2018, transforming how restaurant chains manage their inventory and supply chain with AI. Our solution helps multi-site brands (150+ locations) optimize stock, reduce waste, and increase margins through automated sales forecasting and smart purchasing recommendations.

In France, we’re the market leader, and since last year, we’ve been growing at 60%—a pace we aim to maintain in 2025. Our team has grown to 40 people, and now we’re expanding into the UK—our top priority for 2025, with massive growth potential (twice the size of France!). To lead this expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Executive in London to drive new business and establish Inpulse as the go-to solution for restaurant groups.

Job description :

This role requires the ability to explore new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and lay the groundwork for successful expansion in the UK market. Depending on opportunities, other European markets may also be targeted.

Team :

The Sales team consists of five members who work on the French Market. The team works closely with the Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage the full sales cycle (2 to 6 months - from 15K€ to 400K€ of ARR), from initial prospecting to contract signing.

Client Relations and Ecosystem:

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers (3 to 10 stakeholders per deal: CFOs, COOs, CEOs, Presidents, Purchasing Directors, Franchisees).

  • Build lasting relationships and represent Inpulse at partner events and trade shows to foster connections.

  • Collaborate with our Partnership Manager to strengthen ties with ecosystem partners, like POS systems and accounting software providers, to exchange leads and foster partnerships.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop tailored sales strategies based on each client’s needs, using action plans, structured pitches, and customized presentation materials.

  • Depending on the scenario, employ either a Bottom-Up (starting with franchisees and moving to headquarters) or Top-Down approach.

  • Once a deal is signed with the headquarters, oversee the deployment across the network, ensuring seamless coordination with Customer Success, partner integration, and clients.

  • Gain a strong technical understanding of Inpulse’s software to address prospects’ needs and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Occasionally, respond to technical RFPs.

Market Exploration and Adaptation:

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the UK market, its key players, partners, challenges, and trends.

  • Identify strategic opportunities and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly.

  • Work closely with the Product team to propose and implement necessary product evolutions to meet the specific needs of the UK market.

  • Monitor and evaluate market feedback, sharing insights with leadership to refine strategies and enhance performance.


Preferred experience

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience on the UK market.

  • A strong track record in complex sales (enterprise, multiple stakeholders, strategic solutions).

  • Solid mastery of sales techniques across the full cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Results-driven with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding your annual targets (min £300k).

  • French is a plus but not required, a conversational level is appreciated.

  • Based in London, with frequent travel in France to meet the team (our main office is based in Paris).

  • Interview with Valentin & Head of CS (On-site) : A final discussion with Valentin, Founders and CTO and Florent, the Head of CS to assess team fit and role expectations.
