In Energy (S) we design, build, deploy and operate SaaS solutions for electronic commodities marketplaces. These solutions make up the M7 product offering. The tradable instruments made available through our platforms range from intraday power to CO2 emission certificates and cross-border transfer-capacities. Our applications and infrastructure make trading on Europe’s largest power exchanges possible.

In our Energy section, we strive to keep up a start-up mentality, embrace agile methodologies and live an agile mindset. In this environment you will work in the Client Management unit where inter alia all account managers are united and support the M7 product family.
In your role, you´ll work together with our product owners in developing and implementing business strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring comprehensive reporting. You’ll become an integral part of the products daily work to experience the real world of a software provider and be part of its ‘bring to the market’ activities from its very scratch.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact towards the clients for daily business-related issues
- You will build up a network of contacts within your client firms whilst maintaining and coordinating over all interfaces, realization of change processes
- You will work on ad-hoc queries, proactively check and inform client about upcoming initiatives, you will keep the clients informed of new releases and changes and ensure their requirements are met on a regular basis
- You will support and coordinate complex changes, often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, thus project management is a large part of this role
- You will independently plan and realize customer appointments
- You will coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Client Management, Product Management, Development, Operations
- You will facilitate effective communication and collaboration among product teams and stakeholders
- You will take over the responsibility for the contract management lifecycle for the product assigned
- You will develop and maintain product dashboards, status reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement
- You will take over the responsibility of the budget planning for the product assigned (planning, tracking, invoicing, etc.)
Your profile:
- University degree, preferably in business administration, economics, finance
- Experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles will be considered as an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and project management experience
- Highly motivated and engaging, willingness to work in a team with excellent communicative and coordination skills
- Customer and service orientation as well as responsible handling of sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Ability to effectively communicate in an international, multi-lingual environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (German is a plus)
