Field of Activity
To provide first line of support for a new digital offering of the Fund Services business line based on the FundsDLT platform towards Asian-based clients, in accordance with highest business standards.
Overall role is to act as the first line of support, Clearstream Fund Services covering Asia Pacific, particularly monitoring the platform, supporting operational activities and participating to testing activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor & perform investigation on the FundsDLT platform
- Support the operational activities, managing exceptions and operations
- Provide customer services and support
- Participate to the different testing activities
- Provide client feedback to Fund Services management
- Support the design, implementation and maintenance of the FundsDLT platform
- Prepare reports for the respective committees in line with their defined mandates and terms of references
- Prepare and conduct training for Fund Services staff
Our Requirements
- Recently, graduated (master, thesis ...) with outstanding results. Potentially, you have a couple of years of relevant experience in Singapore and Hong Kong with a focus on financial services/banking/financial market infrastructure providers or IT/fintech providers.
- You are passionate by the technology and your academic background gave you a solid knowledge of current innovative solutions or tools:
- Understanding of various DevOps tools and technologies like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Knowledge in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, Google cloud.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes.
- Understanding of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Gitlab.
- Experience with system monitoring tools.
- Understanding of networking protocols and principles.
- Proficiency in database management and SQL, Elasticsearch.
- Understanding of Kubernetes architecture and its core components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to manage complex processes: understanding, describing, documenting, solving, improving.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in any other languages (like Chinese, French, Spanish, German or Italian) would be an additional benefit.

- Ability to analyse and solve complex issues thanks to your analytical/logical skills, a good common sense and a natural curiosity.
