Your area of work:

Regulatory Reporting and Monitoring unit plays a crucial role in assisting trading members with their reporting obligations, helping them navigate regulatory requirements, and preparing them for any regulatory changes, all while delivering exception client support.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory Reporting and Monitoring unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our trading members maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements across Eurex and the Cash Market. Your expertise and exceptional client service skills will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and driving business success.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for trading members, addressing their trade and transaction reporting queries with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to member firms, ensuring adherence to reporting obligations and seamless adaptation to regulatory changes.
  • Serve as the primary interface between trading members and internal departments, handling daily regulatory issues and inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and implement internal and market-driven regulatory changes efficiently and effectively.
  • Leverage your analytical skills to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client experiences.
  • Steer digitalization initiatives to streamline processes, including defining business requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and overseeing seamless implementation.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a calm demeanor in the face of constant challenges, effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, proactively resolving issues, and maintaining open communication channels.

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to interpret information derived from client conversations and identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Robust integrated thinking skills to effectively lead digital transformation initiatives.
  • Highly motivated and engaging, with a commitment to teamwork and a willingness to collaborate in an international, multi-lingual environment.
  • Proficiency in regulatory reporting systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels.
