Meet Sébastien, Digital & E-commerce Director

Sébastien holds a master’s degree in digital and communication from the University of Lyon and has also completed a course at Columbia Business School in New York. He has held various positions in the luxury industry, notably at Christian Dior Couture, Vilebrequin and Christie’s in Switzerland as digital and e-commerce director.

He joined diptyque in 2019 to shape and drive the company’s e-commerce and digital business in view of the omnichannel nature of the customer journey. In his day-to-day, Sebastien and his teams in Paris and abroad are responsible for managing the online business and establishing diptyque as an innovative player in the digital world.

Meet Nicolas, Store Manager

After training as an airline pilot, Nicolas realised that he preferred being in direct contact with customers and decided to pursue a career in retail. He began as assistant manager at Printemps Haussmann and later joined the Sony group to coach the sales teams in their flagship store. Nicolas quickly developed a passion for the world of perfume and worked as a store manager for the perfume brand Réminiscence.

He joined diptyque in 2017 and is today store manager of the rue de Passy boutique in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, in addition to his role as an “Art of Selling diptyque” trainer for the French sales teams. As a diptyque ambassador, Nicolas shares his enthusiasm and product knowledge every day in order to motivate and train his team while fostering a lasting relationship with his customers.

Meet Karine, Head of CRM

A graduate of the Panthéon Sorbonne University in Paris, Karine has a CRM background in many sectors (eye care, tourism, sport, beauty, travel retail, etc).

She joined diptyque in 2020 as head of CRM to enhance the customer experience across all channels – retail, wholesale and e-commerce. She pilots and implements the outreach and loyalty strategy in all countries and ensures that the appropriate tools are available to cultivate a personalised and enriching relationship throughout the customer journey.

Meet Loïs, Merchandising Developer/Buyer

Trained as an engineer with a specialisation in packaging, Loïs began his career in a printing company focused on the production of magazines in the luxury sector. His interest turned to purchasing, and he joined HighCo and then the Celio brand as a window display project manager.

In 2019, Loïs seized the opportunity to join diptyque to develop a purchasing division within the merchandising and architecture department. As part of a creative and innovative team, he develops merchandising tools and materials to bring concepts to life and to ensure the exceptional quality of every project from beginning to end. He works on a daily basis with partners and craftspeople who contribute their know-how to successfully bring creative projects to fruition.

Meet Gonzague, Procurement Manager

With a degree in international business and industrial/technological management, Gonzague started his career in the supply chain in the IT and chemical sectors before joining the cosmetics industry. While at the Puig group, he was new products development manager for brands such as Prada, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Penhaligon’s.

Gonzague joined diptyque as procurement manager in 2020. He defines the company’s procurement strategy and, with his team, supervises its daily deployment in connection with the brand’s suppliers and subcontractors.

Meet Emilie, Area Manager APAC - Diptyque paris

Meet Emilie, Area Manager APAC

With a master’s degree in European marketing and management, Emilie has held various positions in the cosmetics and perfume industry. She began her career abroad, starting with L’Oréal in Belgium before spending a few years in Mexico with Chanel and Bioderma.

Upon her return to France, she joined By Kilian to develop the French and European market before joining diptyque in 2018 as area manager for the Asia Pacific region. She manages the commercial development of the brand and the brand’s relationship with its partners on a day-to-day basis, while also safeguarding diptyque’s image in the region.
