The position

Job description

We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries. We are lucky to have a team of experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in offices across France and the U.S.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We're looking for a Sales Administration Officer to join our Finance team! You'll be part of the Sales Administration team and work closely with both the Accounting and Financial Control teams to support our fast-growing operations.

This is a permanent position – based in our Paris office.

Full-time preferred – but we also offer the option of a 4-day workweek 

Your role:

Invoicing: Issue and send client invoices across all Dolead group branches (France, UK, US).
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Operational teams to ensure accurate billing details.
Collections: Monitor and collect overdue payments with the support of our Upflow platform.
Client Support: Act as the key contact for clients regarding payment or billing inquiries.
Accounting Support: Assist with various day-to-day accounting tasks alongside the Finance team.
KPI Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators related to billing and collections.
Documentation: Manage and organize all documents related to the Sales Administration activity, ensuring compliance and accessibility
Communication Excellence: Maintain a high level of communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile: 

• Business training or equivalent (Bac +2/3) – billing knowledge is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be in touch with diverse teams and clients across countries
• Meticulous and highly organized, with a great attention to detail
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools
• Positive mindset – you're hands-on, curious, and proactive about improving processes
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills – humble, open to feedback, and aligned with Dolead values
• Fluent in both French and English
