Senior Sales Recruiter, EMEA (FTC - 12 Months) Dynatrace

Your role at Dynatrace

You'll help shape how we attract and hire high-performing Sales talent across EMEA, with a particular focus on the DACH market. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC), supporting Sales hiring across EMEA with a particular focus on the DACH market. You'll combine hands-on recruiting with talent intelligence and trusted partnership, helping Sales leaders make informed hiring decisions while building pipelines for both today's roles and future growth.

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex and business-critical Sales roles across EMEA, with a particular focus on DACH.
• Partner with Sales leaders as a trusted talent advisor, using market intelligence, recruiting data and external talent insights to shape hiring strategies and influence decisions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical Sales roles, identifying and engaging high-performing passive talent across the enterprise software and SaaS market.
• Design targeted sourcing strategies and talent-mapping activity that address immediate hiring needs while creating longer-term talent pipelines.
• Use recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, talent intelligence and recruiting efficiency, while keeping human judgement and candidate relationships at the centre of the process.
• Analyse pipeline and market data to identify hiring risks, challenge assumptions and recommend practical solutions around talent availability, location, compensation and competition.
• Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience, while sharing market knowledge and recruiting best practices across the wider Talent Acquisition team.

What will help you succeed

Required

• You're comfortable independently owning complex or difficult-to-fill searches and navigating changing priorities across multiple stakeholders and markets.
• You use recruiting data and technology effectively to understand pipeline health, identify challenges and improve recruiting outcomes.
• You build strong candidate relationships and deliver a consistent experience from first contact through offer and beyond.
