Your Role at Echo

Echo Analytics is seeking a dynamic and creative UX/UI Designer to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have a product-oriented mindset, with a focus on designing intuitive and user-friendly platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys tackling challenges, and is passionate about creating impactful designs.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design user interfaces for our geospatial data platform, website, pitch decks, and sales materials
  • Translate complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs
  • Harmonize all design elements across various platforms to maintain brand consistency
  • Take ownership of the design process from conception to execution, iterating based on feedback and user testing
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and incorporate them into our products
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure designs meet business objectives
  • Design materials for events and presentations, ensuring they align with the company's branding and messaging


What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience (post graduation) in UX/UI design, preferably in a product-focused environment
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design projects, with a focus on product design
  • Experience working with big data or complex datasets is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
