Join us as an HR Project Officer in Our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)!
Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our Talent Team within the International Graduate Programme (V.I.E).
Starting in July for a 12-month period based in Porto, you'll report directly to the Head of Talent.
This an amazing opportunity to make a significant impact on key Talent Development projects and contribute to HR initiatives for Euronext Group, and to work on various HR topics in close collaboration with Euronext's local HR teams.
You will be primarily responsible for:
1) Talent Development to train employees on strategic and transversal topics across businesses / locations :
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to engineer our learning offerings and develop programmes on various topics such as financial knowledge, ESG, leadership, management and more , in various formats including seminars, webinars, and lunch & learn sessions.
Manage the communication and promotion of our training catalogue, ensuring employees are well-informed about available programs. Handle logistical aspects: sending invitations, maintaining waiting lists, tracking attendance, and reporting on training outcomes.
Manage our online platform (Learning Management System), ensuring the content is up-to-date and relevant. Perform the assignation of mandatory trainings and manage associated reporting.
Monitor & consolidate training KPIs across Euronext Group, ensure the accuracy of our data and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
2) Talent Acquisition for Euronext's International Graduate Programme (VIE):
Drive the recruitment processes for our International Graduate Programme (VIE) in collaboration with Hiring Managers across various functions and locations: clarifying hiring needs, screening CVs, conducting job interviews, managing the hiring process.
Oversee the onboarding of VIEs. Provide ongoing support throughout their fixed-term contract, conduct regular check-ins to support their development, address any concerns, and facilitate their career growth.
Manage the offboarding process for VIEs, including conducting exit interviews and liaising with other HR departments to support continuous opportunities within the Euronext Group.
3) Project management:
Manage various projects related to HR development aimed at enhancing Employee Engagement, leading HR Transformation, enhancing HR team's capabilities and supporting Euronext's strategic plan, "Innovate for Growth 2027".

Your profile
Eligible to the VIE programme as per the criteria set by Business France
1 to 4 years work experience in HR or consulting with exposure to at least one of the following: training, employee development, recruitment, HR project management, employee engagement, HR transformation, change management
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), as English is our working language.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS or LMS is a strong plus.
People-oriented, collaborative, and helpful. You bring great new ideas and you execute them effectively. You communicate effectively, and are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. You are curious, eager to learn and to take initiatives.
Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple topics across different countries in a complex matrix organisation, with colleagues based abroad. You are able to manage priorities and you thrive in a fact-paced and changing environment

Additional Information
Start Date: 1 July 2025 ideally ; or 1 August 2025.
Location: Based in newly-renovated Porto office, at the heart of the city.
Duration: Initial period of 12 months, can be extended.
