As a Partner Enablement Intern, you will be part of the B2B Marketing and Business Operations team at Evaneos. This team has a dual mission:

1) Externally, we are responsible for communicating with, training, and engaging our network of partner agencies to help them thrive within the Evaneos ecosystem.

2) Internally, we ensure that Evaneos teams have the right tools, processes, and resources to work efficiently and deliver maximum impact.

The team operates at the intersection of strategy, operational excellence, and partner empowerment, making it a key driver of Evaneos’ success.

The Role 💼

We’re seeking a motivated, proactive intern to join our team as Partner Enablement Intern. Working directly with Paula, our Partner Enablement Manager, you’ll help develop and deliver initiatives that empower our partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities 💡

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Evaneos Recruitment Service (ERS):

   • Oversee and improve the ERS program to support partner agencies in recruiting sales staff

   • Help agencies identify talent and grow their teams to enhance business operations

2. Support the Partner Enablement Manager in Core Missions:

   • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partner agencies’ sense of belonging within the Evaneos network

   • Identify and address training needs for different agency profiles and segments

   • Create and deliver group training programs for partner agencies

   • Organize community engagement activities and events (virtual and in-person) to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing

• Recently renovated offices near Saint-Lazare, in the heart of Paris

• Access to gyms and fitness classes partially covered by Evaneos through our partnership with Gymlib

• Internal events to build connections between colleagues, share convivial moments, and participate in group activities (such as music sessions, board game nights, and yoga classes)

We are looking for someone who:

• Is enthusiastic about travel and community engagement.

• You are fluent in French and English, an additional language is a plus

• Has strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Previous experience in training, community management, or recruitment is a plus.

• You are available for a 6-months internship from February 2025.
