We are looking for a motivated and curious Spanish-speaking intern to join the team of our partner agency in Sri Lanka. You will assist in various stages of the traveler journey—handling trip requests, supporting the sales team, and coordinating operations locally.

With its network of over 1,000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos supports the recruitment of interns and staff for its partner agencies.

Depending on current projects and priorities, the internship can include a range of responsibilities:

🎒 Production

• Creating new travel offers (hotels, excursions, domestic flights, cruises, tours)

📞 Sales & Marketing

• Handling traveler requests and understanding expectations (via phone)

• Creating tailor-made itineraries using Evaneos tools

• Following up with travelers via the Evaneos platform

• Confirming itineraries and processing payments

📋 Booking Management

• Coordinating with the operations team

• Managing bookings and follow-ups

• Creating personalized travel road books

🌍 On-site Customer Support & Quality Monitoring

• Welcoming travelers (by phone or in person)

• Supporting clients during their trip

• Collecting feedback and contributing to quality improvements

✅ Key Skills

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker

• Passionate about travel and Sri Lanka

• Interest in travel sales and production

• Familiarity with tourism and customer service

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Experience with a DMC or travel agency

• Additional language fluency (German, Italian, etc.)

• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
