The position

Job description

As the CEO’s Right-Hand Intern, you will play a key role in Fairbrics’ growth strategy and actively participate in the development of high-impact projects. 

This internship offers you the opportunity to be directly involved in strategic decision-making and to gain exposure to various cross-functional topics during the company’s scaling phase. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market studies on our new products and strategic analyses to support our expansion; 

  • Business Development Support: Generate and manage leads for these new products; 

  • Strategic Meeting Support: Prepare briefs, draft meeting minutes, and follow up on decisions made in meetings; 

  • Commercial Development Participation: Identify new opportunities and actively contribute to the opening of new markets; 

  • Partner Relations Management: Maintain strategic collaborations and manage external stakeholders; 

  • Other tasks as defined based on your skills and motivations.


Preferred experience

This internship will allow you to acquire a broad range of strategic and cross-functional skills, essential for progressing into high-responsibility positions.

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1 or M2) from a top business school or equivalent.

  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship, strategy, technology, and innovation.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for navigating complex environments.

  • Environmental Commitment: Passionate about sustainable development challenges and green innovation.

  • Personal Qualities: Autonomy, proactivity.

  • Languages: Full proficiency in French and nglish.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
