The position

Job description

As Talent Acquisition Manager dedicated to our engineers and chemists in France and in Belgium, you will report to the CEO and work closely with the HR team to execute our ambitious recruitment plan.

Your favorite mission will be :

  • Work closely with the managers to execute our hiring plan,

  • Find the best engineers and chemists via various job boards & direct sourcing methods,

  • In charge of the full recruitment cycle: you proactively source, hire, maintain and close a strong pipeline of candidates for all open positions,

  • Collaborate with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing and closing strategy by role/team,

  • Proactively seek out passive talent using search tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to generate interest in our positions,

  • Ensure that we maintain a very high level of experience for candidates,

  • Contribute to improve our internal hiring process, tools & reportings,

  • Propose, lead and contribute to projects that improve our referral and direct candidate ratios (employer branding)


Preferred experience

This job is for you if you are:

  • 3 years minimum of experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates in a recruitment agency or directly for a chemistry company

  • you are well organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize

  • You have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines

  • You have strong listening skills, intuition and empathy

  • You are curious, eager to learn and want to gain responsibilities

  • You have some great analytical and organizational skills

  • You are data driven, and love to use them to improve your work

  • You speak french & english, and want to work in an international environment
