We are looking for a motivated Zoho Technician & Developer to assist in the customization, automation, and support of our Zoho applications. You will play a hands-on role in configuring Zoho apps, creating automation scripts using Deluge, and supporting our team in daily Zoho-related tasks to enhance productivity and streamline business processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assist in configuring and customizing Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho One tools to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement Deluge scripts to automate workflows, create custom functions, and connect data across different Zoho applications.
Work closely with team members and end-users to understand requirements, assist in troubleshooting issues, and provide technical support for Zoho-related tasks.
Maintain and update existing Zoho workflows and processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
Support integration of Zoho applications with external platforms through APIs, webhooks, or other tools to improve data exchange and automation.
Document solutions and workflows to provide clear guidelines for users and ensure easy maintenance of Zoho systems.
Technical Skills:
1-2 years of experience with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, etc.) or similar software tools.
Basic to intermediate experience with Deluge scripting to develop automation, custom workflows, and simple business logic within Zoho.
Understanding of APIs and integrations, with the ability to set up basic connections between Zoho and third-party applications.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript) for minor adjustments and enhancements to Zoho user interfaces.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing script updates and workflow changes.
Good command of English and French, with the ability to understand and communicate technical information clearly.

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining a collaborative approach with the team.

Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic environment, providing support during project sprints and updates.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other Zoho applications like Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Projects for a more comprehensive understanding of the Zoho ecosystem.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and basic concepts of database design to better understand data flows within Zoho.
Experience with Zoho Marketplace, with the ability to search for and implement Zoho extensions and plugins as needed.
