Responsible for contacting prospects identified by the marketing teams. Promotes the Fluxym brand and its offers in order to get meetings with the sales team.
Prospecting/Lead generation :
Identifies target companies
Follows up with customers at Fluxym events, Webinars, etc.
Makes appointments for qualification after events
Enriches Salesforce database
Identifies and uses relevant prospecting tools
Follows up on leads
Prospects and analyzes their region
Participates in marketing actions
Manages a portfolio of leads
Sales :
Presents and promotes Fluxym’s products and services
Steering and monitoring :
Participates in weekly review sessions
Manages the pipeline and makes forecasts
Continuously improves the promotion process and tools
Monitors the competition
Helps to develop a relationship of trust with customers
Helps to establish and maintain a relationship of trust with leads
Meets the prospecting goals set at the beginning of the year
Keeps the CRM up to date and adds to it
Higher education in business and/or technical fields.
Proven experience in software sales (ideally SaaS).
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
Excellent writing skills in both languages.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce tool.
Strong interpersonal skills and results-oriented profile.
Knowledge of the IT sector in Canada and the United States is a plus.
Creativity, curiosity, tact, and strong persuasive skills.
