We’re growing fast, and at a technological turning point for our solution as we transition to the cloud.

To help us meet our challenges, we are looking for a Fullstack Software Developer (ReactJS/Java) to join our R&D team based in Boulogne-Billancourt.

The R&D team is made up of 9 software developers in France and 10 in China of all seniorities, as well as Product Managers, Product Designers and QAs.

We’re an agile organization, and we work in squads made up of a Scrum Master, an architect, developers, a QA and a product manager.

As part of our R&D team based in Boulogne-Billancourt:

• You will join one of our scrum teams to work on supply chain business issues (configuration management, handling large volumes of data, displaying information in different formats) and technical issues (transition to the cloud, data model evolution, processing time optimization…).

• You will be involved in all phases of scrum development: functional and technical analysis of requirements, estimation, implementation, automated testing, code review, demonstration and retrospectives.

• You will collaborate with all development stakeholders: other developers, QA, design, the product team, business experts and consultants deploying our solution.

The technical environment is mainly composed of

• Micro-services in Java 21 with SpringBoot

We’re looking for someone…  

• Responsible and conscientious, who knows how to keep their commitments and for whom the quality of their work is important  

• Who is not simply a doer, but who knows how to stand back and challenge requests  

• Who likes to work as part of a team: in communication as well as in sharing   

• For whom communicating in English is not a problem, as part of the team is based in China 

• 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Software Developer, preferably in the software industry 

• Academic background: engineering school or equivalent (Diploma in computer science/applied mathematics)

• Meeting with Gilles Lefebvre, R&D Director and team manager (1 hour - in the office)
