The position

Job description

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Performance & Strategy Manager to structure, centralise and oversee the management of the performance throughout the company, and across teams.

In particular, you will be responsible for setting up the performance management systems for KPIs & OKRs, setting up our business operations systems for projects & tickets (typically Monday.com), and for monitoring KPIs, targets, progress. You will also be running company level strategic projects and analysing revenue drivers.

The main responsibilities are:

Performance Management (KPI & OKRs):

  • Set up a Performance Management system for all KPIs and OKRs, breaking them down from top to bottom for individual contributors, centralising information, and comparing it to targets

  • Ensure the quality of KPIs to guarantee their relevance and accuracy, and ensure they are up to date

  • Implement a Business Operations Management system (such as Monday.com) to list all company projects and sub-projects and monitor their progress.

  • Monitor & discuss performance & progress with each directors every week, and present progress at comex level

  • Actively socialise and communicate all KPIs, targets & progress, through automated updates and manual check-ins

Incentive and Objective Management:

  • Set up a variable compensation calculation tool (bonuses, incentives, etc.) to ensure clarity and fairness in rewards

  • Create a scoring system, based on individual performances and aligned with the company’s values, culture, and competencies to evaluate performance

Revenue Analysis:

  • Analyse revenue drivers, such as pricing, bike availability (repairs, deployments), and brand awareness (marketing impact)

  • Identify what contributes to or hinders the revenue performance of the company, offering solutions to improve results and help prioritise them

Internal Consulting:

  • Act as an internal consultant to manage cross-functional projects within the company.

  • Run ad hoc complex pieces of research


Preferred experience

  • Education : You have a degree from a top tier university or Grande Ecole.

  • Experience: You have 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy consulting. 2 to 4 years as an operator in a Scale up is a plus. Your past roles have sharpened your ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver impactful results.

  • Systems-thinking mindset : Ability to structure, design and build effective internal tools and systems that have strategic foresight and adaptability, ensuring that they align with organisational goals while being flexible enough to evolve with changing needs, and with the right level of universality and specificity.

  • Influence and Buy-in: Ability to gain support from key stakeholders and team members through effective leadership and communication. Skilled in building consensus, fostering collaboration, and engaging teams around strategic initiatives.

  • Passion: Passion for business & willingness to overshoot objectives.

  • Discipline: You demonstrate a high level of personal rigor and organisation. You are methodical in your approach, consistently delivering high-quality work and maintaining a high standard for both yourself and others.

  • Analytical Skills: You quickly grasp complex issues, dissect them, and provide creative, data-driven solutions. You excel at understanding key business drivers and translating them into actionable strategies.
