We raised $16M in Series A from top investors (XAnge, Illuminate Financial, XTX Ventures etc.) to build the ultimate audio AI infrastructure for voice-first platform.

Our API supports advanced speech recognition and analysis features in over 100 languages, with exceptional accuracy and speed. Role
Bridge the Gap Between Sales and Product
Gather and communicate product feedback from clients to inform feature development.
Perform bug analysis and work with the Product team to address and resolve issues.
Create reports on trials, usage patterns, and client success metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
Be the Technical Tool in the Sales Process
Conduct market benchmarks to position Gladia competitively in the industry.
Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value to prospective clients.
Supervise and support product trials, providing technical assistance during calls and setup phases.
Go the extra mile by implementing specific setups and customizations for key clients.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with Sales to support the technical validation process, from trials to closing deals.
Report directly to Product to align technical objectives with development goals.
Track and optimize performance through key metrics (# technical meetings, # trials, # deals won).
Profile
3+ years as a Solutions Engineer or similar role, preferably in a Series B+ SaaS company.
Proven experience supporting Sales and Product teams in technical engagements.
Strong background in software engineering with familiarity in APIs.
Bonus: Knowledge of audio technologies or a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Confidence in engaging with C-level executives and adapting to different client needs.
Highly adaptable with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple trials and technical engagements.
