We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and strategic Social Media Associate to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing team on social media management, content creation and community engagement to drive our organic growth on Groover.
This internship is ideal for someone who is looking to kick start their career in music and marketing and wants to learn how to drive results through social media and content initiatives.
Missions
Manage multiple social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn) on a daily basis including content creation, post and DM management
Increase our social media following and engagement across multiple platforms
Create community engagement both online (e.g. engaging via DMs, comment etc and in real life e.g. through events)
Create monthly newsletters communication for artists and curators
Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional teams on topics related to communications, community engagement and content
Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Enthusiasm for problem-solving & eagerness to learn
Autonomous and self-motivated, capable of working independently
Bonus if
You are passionate about music and start-up culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Basic skills with design programs (such as Canva or Capcut)
You speak an additional language (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish)
