The position

Job description

For direct collaboration with the Head of North America, we are looking for a Chief of Staff (m/f). In this role, you will provide critical support for all strategic and operational projects, particularly focusing on marketing and business development. You will work closely with our subsidiaries, including API Tech, Harry Hope Canada, and upcoming launches like Cairus and 755NM.

Your responsibilities include:

1- Marketing Strategy and Coordination

  • Lead regional marketing efforts to align campaigns with overarching business strategies

  • Oversee content creation, ensuring high-quality materials for various channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns

  • Optimize digital presence through effective SEO strategies, improving search visibility and lead generation

  • Analyze marketing performance data, create actionable insights, and ensure continuous improvement

2- Project Coordinatio

  • Harmonize cross-functional initiatives related to group expansion, ensuring seamless team alignment and strict adherence to deadlines

3- Market Analysis and Opportunity Research

  • Conduct in-depth market studies to identify new opportunities and provide recommendations for strategic positioning in key industries such as personnel consulting, hair and tattoo removal, and M&A consulting

4- Operational Efficiency

  • Support the onboarding of new hires and streamline workflows to improve team productivity and project execution


Preferred experience

Your Requirements:

  • Marketing and Digital Expertise : Proven skills in and digital marketing analytics. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and content management systems

  • Educational Background : Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or a related field

  • Expérience : At least 2 years in a dynamic environment, such as startups or rapidly growing organizations

Core Competencies:

  • Strong project management and coordination skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with an ability to handle complex, fast-changing situations
