Main Areas of Responsibility & Ownership

  • Optimize Sales Commission Processes: Lead the automation and simplification of sales commission processes to drive operational efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Review & Improve Commission Models: Continuously assess existing sales commission structures to enhance efficiency, align with company objectives, and support topline revenue achievement
  • Design New Commission Models & Incentives: Develop innovative commission models and specialized incentive programs to support temporary offerings, sales campaigns, and revenue growth
  • Rollout & Implementation of Commission Models: Manage the rollout of new commission structures by collaborating with key departments and engaging with local working councils to ensure smooth implementation
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage comprehensive data analysis to provide actionable recommendations, support decision-making, and optimize sales performance
  • Align Sales Targets & Payouts with Finance & HR: Oversee the alignment of sales targets and commission payouts in collaboration with Finance and HR teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Lead Sales Process Improvement Projects: Drive major projects focused on enhancing sales processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure seamless process steering and collaboration across Finance, HR, and Sales departments, minimizing overlap and maximizing efficiency

Preferred experience

What we are looking for

  •  you have a strong understanding of sales processes, in particular sales commission models and the relationship between commission schemes and topline revenue achievement 
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Strong skills in terms of project management and stakeholder communication 
  • Experience in  working with multi-cultural environments
  • Methodological, organized, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Experience in subscription business
  • Fluency in English - French and German are a plus
  • Proven record in driving topics and projects in fast paced environments as well as acting as sparring partner for key decisions
