The main mission of a Business Analyst is to unlock productivity gains and support business growth by monitoring business for topline/productivity improvements.
This role sits into the European Sales Performance team, led by Constance Macret - reporting directly into Chief Commercial Officer. This team is highly involved in strategic projects of the Commercial Leadership Teams.
Among the Sales Strategy & Analysis managed by Anne Perego across Europe, this role will reinforce an existing team of several business analysts, covering 3 geographies: France, Germany and Belgium. This role will be covering the 3 countries and will be reporting directly to Anne Perego.
This job is based in either Paris, Berlin, Nuremberg or Brussels.
Main areas of responsibility & ownership
Monitor revenue / MRR / churn performance per segment / vertical), communicate sales results to management
Monitor key sales input metrics (#calls / appointments / #order sent, conversation, etc)
Build and steer action plans to boost sales performance, identify strategies to boost revenues
Work closely with Finance team to forecast revenues (short, medium term, budget process)
Partner with BI team to improve Sales Performance KPIs & reporting
Aim at improving efficiency & effectiveness by improving organization, incentive model, processes, tools & any other identified levers, hand in hand with the Sales processes & effectiveness team
Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets, using advanced functions and formulas
Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying and Tableau for data visualization and reporting
Strong presentation skills, capable of creating clear and engaging slides in Google Slides or PowerPoint
Skilled in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and successful completion
Fluent in English (both written and oral); French and/or German proficiency is an added advantage
Comprehensive knowledge of business operations and strategic thinking
Ability to effectively interact with diverse profiles, including top management, sales teams, and finance departments
Competent in analyzing complex sales data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
Highly organized, with a focus on rigor and timely delivery
Excellent written and oral communication abilities, ensuring clear and concise information exchange
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to challenges and opportunities
Hard skills:
Excel & google sheets (nice to have : SQL, Tableau)
Google Slides or Powerpoint / presentation skills
Project management
French & English (written and oral) - German is a plus
Soft skills:
Business understanding
Ability to interact with different profiles (top management, sales teams, finance etc.)
