As a Senior CX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer experience through deep, data-driven insights. You will specialize in supporting our Brand & Communications Team and PR Team by delivering actionable insights to shape brand strategies, evaluate communications, and enhance our market presence. With a European focus, you will oversee surveys, analyze brand performance, and provide guidance to align brand and communication efforts with customer needs. Your expertise in quantitative research will ensure that the voice of the customer is at the center of strategic decisions..
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:
1. Quantitative Research Design & Execution
Lead strategic and tactical quantitative research studies including:
International barometer surveys to monitor brand awareness, brand image, competitor analysis, and deliver actionable insights that inform and shape our global brand strategies
Pre/post communication impact evaluation tests, supporting decision-making with data-driven analysis of communication initiatives
PR surveys to enhance customer understanding and inform press releases; to build comms campaigns and partnerships with other brands; to better understand key industry trends
Manage end-to-end research projects: from hypothesis generation, study design, survey development, managing suppliers, data analysis, and presenting findings.
Drive internal knowledge management, ensuring teams are informed and aligned with customer and brand intelligence.
