As Hello Tomorrow blooms, we are looking for an International Partnerships Intern who will work with the partnerships team to support the international delegations attending the Hello Tomorrow Global Summit.
You will be part of the Ecosystem and Events team and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sparking innovation by bringing the international community together during a world class event.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
Join our dynamic Partnerships team and help us connect with international and institutional players, strategic partners, and ecosystem stakeholders like accelerators and incubators. You’ll assist in creating and coordinating programs for global partners during Deep Tech Days and the Global Summit.
As the International Partnerships Intern, your role will include supporting our efforts to enhance the experience of our international delegations at the Hello Tomorrow Global Summit and during the Deep Tech Days. You’ll work closely with the Partnerships Manager, conducting research, taking meeting notes, and following up on partner requests. As you grow and lean into your role, you’ll explore new partnership opportunities, help develop scalable models, and assist in organizing tailored programs and side events for international delegations, from embassy receptions to startup coordination for the summit.
More precisely, reporting to our Partnerships Manager you will:
Support our Events’ Partnerships, with a focus on international and institutional players
Help support the relations with institutional players, strategic and corporate partners, as well as ecosystem stakeholders such as accelerators; incubators; etc.
Assist in creating the program/activities of international players and partners around the Deep Tech Days.
Support campaigns/actions to boost the visibility of our international events and the Hello Tomorrow Global Summit abroad with institutional players and ecosystem stakeholders.
Support transversal projects conducted by the Partnerships manager, including taking notes during meetings, conducting research, and following up on partner requests
Help to explore and evaluate partnership opportunities within the deep tech ecosystem
Support the organization of delegation’s participation at various DTD events, such as Investor day
Help develop our scalable partnership models, maintain and grow direct relationships with key partners with a complex array of activities
Assist in defining and developing a partnership roadmap and framework to ensure the creation of enhanced partnership success metrics designed to maintain partner satisfaction
Aggregate and translate partner feedback following meetings and co-led activities (summit, comms campaign, etc)
For the Summit and Deep Tech Days
Ensuring the development of tailor-made programs for international delegations
Supporting the preparation of tailormade side events from our partners (manage invitations, ideation of the event, partner support…).
Helping coordinate side events on-site (embassy receptions, networking events…).
Creating attendee’s booklets for international delegations
Assisting with Startup coordination from delegations at Investor day + the Summit through check ins, the creation of materials, and transverse coordination with our internal teams
Helping with the coordination of the Deep tech studio (interventions, setting-up sessions…)
Following up with partners and international actors after the event, ensuring best practices and value added for our partners and attendees.
YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES
At least 1 year of experience; in the field of international relations or business development is a plus.
A background in event organization, community building, or engaging diverse and int. stakeholders will help you to be successful in this job.
You have a proven track record of successfully building relationships and engaging with international communities.
Experience working with project management tools is mandatory. Knowledge of Notion is a plus.
Experience in a growing startup or small company is a plus.
YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS
You are fluent in English with French as a strong plus.
You are passionate about events and the international tech ecosystem, and have a strong interest in helping us create amazing experiences for our partners at our annual summit
You in person-experiences are a great way to spark connections, innovation, and change
You have great organizational skills & you have a strong attention to detail
You have excellent communication skills, are able to address different stakeholders and engaging in networking events
You’re enthusiastic and willing to learn in a high-paced environment surrounding the summit and deep tech days
You’re determined, resourceful and like to solve problems.
A background in startups and deep tech is not necessary, but appreciated. You must have an interest in learning more about the startup ecosystem we work in.
Previous experience working on international environments and/or event organization is a big plus
THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You don’t have a valid visa for the whole period of the internship.
You are not eligible to sign a convention de stage.
You are not available for a full-time internship from October/24 to March/25.
You can’t work in Paris (2 days per week on-site).
