As a Backend Software Engineer at Reki, you’ll be at the heart of our technical team, working closely with Aurélien, co-founder and CTO, to shape the backend infrastructure and machine learning models driving our core product. Your focus will be on building robust backend systems and integrating with our LLM stack. You’ll help design and build features, ensuring high scalability and performance. We value curiosity, ownership, and a drive to always learn.

Responsabilities :

• Build and maintain a highly scalable backend infrastructure using Python.

• Integrate LLMs into our backend to power core product features.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to brainstorm and develop backend features.

• Develop automation, deployment, and testing tools for internal infrastructure.

• Own key parts of our backend platform, impacting the company’s technical roadmap and setting engineering goals.

• You have experience building and maintaining backend systems with Python.

• You want to be at the forefront of generative AI

• You care a lot about high quality, readable, structured code. Advocate best practices and architecture patterns. Empower others by reviewing code.

• You enjoy collaborating with a small, fast-moving team and are ready to make a big impact.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Working in a product-led growth environment.

• DevOps and infrastructure management (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).

• Open-source contributions or experience with LLMs.
