Our company is currently seeking a customer service representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will excel in written communication, as 95% of your time will focus on email support and 5% focus on outbound calls.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries from around the world and find solutions to their issues.
This role is a remote-based position with 25 working hours per week. You must be located in California, and be available to work the following schedule:
Sunday to Thursday from 5pm - 10pm PST
Salary : 21.50USD per hour

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Skills in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be able to deal effectively with confrontational situations
Detail oriented
Understand and follow work rules and procedures

Prior experience in customer service
Knowledge of a second language (Spanish, German, Italian or French) is highly desirable
Experience with support/CRM tools, such as Zendesk
