Key responsibilities ✨
As we expand our brand, awareness, and thought leadership at a European-level, we want to strengthen our presence and impact across our different markets. We are looking for a multi-skilled and creative content expert who will help us craft powerful and differentiating pieces of content to promote Malt in the EU region… and more. The stakes are about boosting the organic growth of the freelancing market and engaging with our community of 700k independent talents and +70k companies.
The senior content manager is an editor, a storyteller, and an amplifier - creating compelling content that not only engages our audiences but measurably drives our business forward. This role is about covering the full marketing funnel and driving customers from the early stages of awareness all the way through advocacy and engagement thanks to great content.
You will work within the global communication and content team in one of our +10 offices in France or elsewhere in Europe and will be in contact with various internal stakeholders (Brand, Social, PR, Product Marketing, Growth, Public affairs, Sales, etc.).
As a Content Manager, you will tell compelling stories about our brand, platform, and company that increase Malt's thought leadership and imprint, connect with our audiences, and build brand loyalty and trust. You will also contribute to key transversal projects.
You will focus on:
- Crafting strong content pieces & assets (reports, articles, infographics, landing pages, slides,...) for our client audience: companies hiring freelancers and consultants within the Malt community
- Enhancing internal sales enablement through dedicated sales assets, in-depth collaboration on content business needs, and co-production of content helping sales improve at every stage of the sales cycle as well as boosting content usage.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders such as internal sales ambassadors and country leaders as well as the Growth and BDA teams
- Monitoring the usage of content pieces by Malters and our audiences, as well as their business impact in collaboration with our Content Enablement Performance manager.
- Being the editorial contact for all incoming requests from field marketing managers, product marketing members, as well as sales stakeholders
But you will also work on:
- Improving the traffic and user engagement on our resource centers through content optimization and SEO strategies
- Coordinating the production of display of our content pieces on our website by collaborating with stakeholders from different markets, especially communication managers, freelance copywriters, and our website team
- Participating in the design of some of our key thought leadership reports, combining internal data analysis and compelling external expert inputs
- Contributing to building our editorial strategy & calendar by suggesting ideas for themes and content innovations that will help us grow our strong and appealing brand
