As an Account Executive, you are joining a growing team of 25 entrepreneurial and driven sales professionals (10 AE + 10 AM + 5 SDR) and your mission is to develop the French market, selling our SaaS B2B product to healthcare institutions.
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle.
Joining us today as a sales person, you play a key role in the expansion of Hublo, at a crucial moment in terms of expansion, opportunities and product development.
Your main responsibilities are to:
Be responsible for the sales cycle from A to Z: from the identification of potential new customers and prospection, to the successful closing of the deal;
Lead impactful discovery phase to find out how to create value for them;
Establish and build relationships with high-level interlocutors within your targeted Healthcare Institutions;
Demonstrate strong knowledge of our product and deliver awe-inspiring product demos;
Manage your sales pipeline in CRM with a high degree of structure and by adopting Hublo sales process and methodology;
Partner with cross-functional teams (ie Customer Success, ADV, Marketing, Product…) in order to ensure a seamless customer experience and a successful onboarding.

You have a significant and successful experience in SaaS B2B sales, opening new clients;
You have outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build relationships;
You are hands-on, proactive, independent and you are able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the sale cycle;
You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
You are computer literate (Google suite, Slack, Notion, etc.);
You have outstanding written & oral communication skills in French and are professionally proficient in English.
