1. Client Onboarding Assistance
Support the onboarding and training of new clients and help manage relationships during the first month of their contract.
Assist in organizing and delivering initial training sessions on Iceberg Data Lab’s products.
2. Client Support
Serve as the first point of contact for basic client inquiries and assist in escalating more complex client requests.
Follow requests Assist in escalating more complex client requests to the Research or IT teams, and track their resolution.
Help manage and follow up on client queries, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Client Genius
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enrich customer knowledge database and competitive watch.
Assist in developing cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer experience.
Help analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and provide insights to improve offerings and service delivery.
