As part of the R&D team, you will contribute to the development and integration of new AI technologies applied to Medical Imaging into Myrian and Liflow applications.
Define technical specifications of deliverables with stakeholders.
Test and validate the inference engine for new models and adapt for support if necessary.
Create AI deliverables to be integrated into the medical imaging software.
Design and develop a technical and analytical verification and validation chain for our algorithms
Provide technical support to the whole AI team from an informatics (tooling, pipelines, containerization, coding rules, algo performance improvements…) point of view.
Interface of the AI team with software development teams to integrate AI algorithms into production software pipelines.
📌 Programming skills: Python and C++
📌 Knowledge in code industrialization (unit testing, code coverage, automation tooling, code optimization, repository management, containerization)
📌 Advanced mathematical and statistical skills like statistical tests, distributions, regression, maximum likelihood estimators, etc.
📌 Knowledge of deep learning methods and DL development frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras.
📌 Knowledge of standard libraries commonly used in image processing (e.g. ITK) .
📌 Knowledge of machine learning methods in general (e.g. k-means, naïve Bayes, decision forests) is an asset.
