Your mission
As our Account Executive, you’ll hit the ground running closing deals with companies throughout the French market. You’ll have a closing focused role in which you’ll convert leads to successful Tellent customers. The leads you will be working on come from our different commercial channels such as Marketing, Partnerships or generated by our Business Development team and your own Business Development. It will be your job to manage the sales pipeline from initial lead qualification to negotiating and closing the deal. In between, you’ll do product demos and build the foundation for a strong long-lasting relationship with the customer. You’ll have a huge impact on Tellent’s success in the French market.
About the Team
The Tellent France team has grown a lot in the last year and covers all Go-To-Market functions: Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Support. Regarding the Sales team, you will be reporting directly to our VP of Sales for France and joining a team of existing Account Executives, 5 BDRs, our BDR Manager and one Sales Engineer.
With more than 1.000 customers in France today across our 3 products, our ambition is to keep growing at a fast pace to double our revenue and number of customers in the next couple of years.
Your 12-month journey
The first three months, you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about the Tellent offering: understand the products, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. This role, the products you will be selling are Kiwi HR and Javelo. You will complete your onboarding including various sales training and will be already handling leads on your own. You will have a clear understanding of the processes relevant for your position but you will still be learning system knowledge and sales tactics.
After six months, you are fully onboarded and working on a full target. You are a professional user of the suite and you will know how to use different sales approaches in customer contact.
After 12 months, once you are fully ramped up and bringing new customers to Tellent you will have the possibility to further develop your skills with a personal development plan.
What you’ll be doing
Manage the sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process, initial lead qualification, product demo, negotiation through to close in the Benelux market. You will receive inbound leads and develop your own outbound strategy to generate your own leads, meetings etc.
Own the full sales cycle and reach monthly sales goals.
Customize sales proposals and solutions for prospects.
Build a strong understanding of the HRTech space and our customers’ needs.
Provide your insight and feedback on our products to ultimately make us the best recruitment / HR software around!
What you’ll bring to the team
2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales.
Proven track record of consistent quota attainment.
Proven ability to run an organised and effective sales process, prioritizing tasks and managing the sales funnel.
Experience at a scale-up or in a fast-moving environment.
Native/Fluent in French
A team player attitude and a curiosity-driven mindset
Top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships.
Competitive, with a drive to grow your market whilst upholding a high level of integrity.
Experience in selling a suite or multi-product offering is a plus
