Led by Xavier, our co-founder and CEO, Joko’s Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users’ delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team’s main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams.

🏉 Your scope

As Product Manager, Platform, you will be the architect building the backbone of our user experience, orchestrating the core aspects of navigation, feature discovery, and wallet management within our app. You will also be in charge of promoting responsible shopping across all our features to ensure that our product stays true to our values. This role is crucial in shaping a seamless and intuitive user journey that will make Joko stand out as a must-have app.

🎯 What you will do

At Joko, we strongly believe in end-to-end ownership. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Roadmap: You will take part in defining our product vision for your domain and will build the associated roadmap. You will process and centralize all the needs and feedback from our stakeholders - internal (other teams) or external (users, partners, etc.) - and prioritize developments.

  • Features: You will be the architect behind every feature of your domain and will handle all steps from discovery to launch: feature specifications, iterations with designers, interactions with engineers, quality assessment, and success monitoring.

  • Intelligence: You will become a true product expert in your domain by combining intelligence from product trends, competitor analyses, data monitoring, and user interviews.

  • Communication: You will bring visibility to all stakeholders regarding what’s coming next and ensure all teams are aligned around the roadmap. You will also become the main point of contact on the product side for any topics relating to your domain.


Preferred experience

  • Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally on mobile app and/or consumer products

  • Location: You are based in France or Western Europe

  • Languages: You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Product savvy: You are constantly looking at emerging product trends and testing new mobile apps when they are released

  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback, and strive to get better every day

  • Tech fluency: You are comfortable in a technical environment and are always curious to understand how things work

  • Analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data

  • Efficiency: You are fond of productivity and can lead projects with many stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

  • Attention to detail: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws when they exist.

  • Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and can explain something complex with simple words.
