Laszlo, entrepreneur, successfully co-founded Skillhunter with two childhood friends, showcasing his commitment to team collaboration. Driven by his fervent interest in blockchain technology, as well as working with top-notch engineers, he embarked on a new venture, establishing Kiln from the ground up. Known for his enthusiasm and exceptional networking skills, Laszlo has cultivated a wide network of « good friends » , counting many web3 experts. As the CEO of Kiln, he dedicates himself to promoting Kiln's cutting-edge products, frequently travelling to various web3 events and meeting Kiln's clients worldwide.

Thomas, a key member of Kiln's growth, joined the team in 2020, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his tenure as Country Lead at Circle. As the Chief Operating Officer, he oversees all operational aspects, including legal, HR, and finance, with a special focus on scaling the team. Thomas is dedicated to not just expanding the team, but also ensuring that Kiln's unique culture and values remain at the heart of this growth

Drawing on his experience of more than 12 years (with 5 years at Ledger), Durim became part of Kiln's team in February 2022, taking on the role of Senior CSM. His international experience spans from his upbringing in London to his move to Paris. Coming from a computer engineering background and a former role at Leger Entreprise, Durim now effectively bridges between sales, product, and engineering teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Michel, after gaining diverse experience across various sectors in the UK, chose to return to his roots in Brittany. Joining Kiln in November 2022 as a Senior Software Engineer, his unique combination of technical expertise, humble & team-oriented nature, and strong management skills facilitated a rapid internal progression. Now serving as a Software Engineering Manager, Michel continues to contribute significantly to Kiln's success.

Myriam is a recruiter with her career beginning in the embedded systems sector. She expanded her expertise to the fields of IoT and Data Analytics, enhancing her skill set. Driven by a keen interest in blockchain technology, Myriam joined Kiln as a Talent Acquisition Manager. She takes care of managing the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding process. At Kiln, she makes sure we prioritize candidate experience. She also contributes to People initiatives.

Ernest Oppetit is the cofounder and CPO of Kiln. Prior to Kiln, Ernest was a product manager at Improbable and Qubit. He's the most English of all the French, London is the city where he grew up. Tennis player in his spare time, he will never miss Wimbledon or Roland Garros.

Kevin Lefevre is the Head of Infrastructure at Kiln.Prior to Kiln, he co-founded Particule, an agency to help navigate the growing Cloud Native ecosystem. He also teaches at universities and does enterprise training on the topics of Cloud Computing (AWS, GCE, OpenStack) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS). If he is not in front of his screen, you will find him playing on his Switch trying to beat one of his colleagues.

Marie Siegrist is the Head of Marketing at Kiln. She was previously working at Airbnb for more than 5 years, leading experiences in EMEA. Still new to Web 3, she believes that staking is a key component of this technology’s breakthrough. On a personal level, she loves traveling, ideally when it involves a sport activity such as diving, trekking or sailing.

Loïc Triten is a product manager at Kiln. He is one of the very first employees since he joined Kiln after completing his studies at Epitech. Skillful, he started as an engineer before supporting Ernest on product. If you ever join the team, he will try to beat you at Mario Kart, his favorite game.
