The R&D Department develops Kurmi’s software in line with the product roadmap, maintains released versions, ensures product quality and provides support to other Kurmi teams on technical issues.
It is organized into 4 departments:

Product
The product team is responsible for defining the roadmap.
More specifically, its role is to:
- Analyze customer/market needs, notably through regular exchanges with customers and partners, and propose changes that should be translated into short- and medium-term visions.
- Present product strategy to the Executive Committee.
- Create and manage the roadmap backlog.
- Participate actively in the development of Sprints (User Stories, Sprint Planning...) with R&D.
- Communicate & support other teams: pre-sales, services, marketing, support...

Kurmi's Sales team, structured by geographical sector, works in tandem with the Pre-Sales team, which listens to our customers' expectations and is responsible for structuring our proposal.
The Sales team also works in close collaboration with the Marketing team to meet the expectations of our customers and partners.
