Job description

Role
As a Team Lead Concierge, based in Ibiza, you will play a central role within the Client Experience & Concierge team for Spain destinations. You will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, coordinating concierge teams, and developing a network of high-quality partners. Your mission will be to ensure excellent service and a unique experience while supporting a team of concierges in delivering bespoke services.

Objectives

Client Management and Support

  • Welcome clients and organize their personalized arrival and stay.
  • Coordinate the organization of events and manage quotes for services and experiences.
  • Ensure the smooth running of stays and maintain continuous client satisfaction.
  • Create client schedules and oversee support provided by local teams.
  • Personalize each client’s experience and build loyalty with an international client portfolio.
  • Occasionally perform check-ins and check-outs.

Development of the Local Partner Network

  • Manage relationships with existing partners.
  • Expand the range of experiences and source new partners in the proposed destinations.
  • Create and update destination guides, services, and experiences in multiple languages.

Administrative Management and Process Improvement

  • Oversee client and supplier invoicing and update concierge tools.
  • Develop communication materials and contribute to the optimization of existing processes and tools.

Management of the Concierge Team in Ibiza

  • Lead the team (recruitment, training, monitoring, and support).
  • Monitor the team’s performance KPIs, generate reports, and communicate with the Regional Director.
  • Collaborate with the wider concierge team to adjust global tools and processes based on identified needs.

Preferred experience

Requirements

  • Strong focus on client satisfaction, with excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • Outstanding written and spoken skills in English and Spanish; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
  • Experience in the luxury sector and an interest in event logistics.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in hospitality, business with a luxury specialization, or event management.
