Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to join our team, covering both B2B Marketing and Career’s functions. This full-time role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns, enhancing our business growth, and expanding our network of hiring partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, lead generation, and paid campaign.

Your Mission

Paid media - Strategic vision for our channels.

  • Own and execute the acquisition strategy building a multichannel distribution scheme.

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure focused reach and optimized cost per lead (CPL).

  • Implement retargeting strategies for website visitors.

Website Management - Our website is on Webflow, and our team is fully autonomous in managing it.

  • Create and maintain landing pages , ensuring high-quality tracking, increased conversion rates, and performance analysis.

  • Enhance tracking by reviewing and updating the tag plan.

  • Lead website optimization efforts to maximize traffic and conversions (e.g., incorporating new features like Calendar call).

Outbound & Tools - We use tools like Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Surfe, Lemlist, Lemwarm, CaptainData, Aircall, Evaboot, Dropcontact, Neverbounce, Datagma etc.  to achieve two distinct goals: one for B2B and one for career development.

  • Build sequences and snippets for key themes, capitalizing on messaging based on prospect interests.

  • Lead the optimization of marketing tools and platforms in alignment with sales and marketing needs.

Lead Generation

  • Identify companies needing talent that matches our candidate pool.

  • Generate leads and qualify/score them within Hubspot, ensuring a high volume without compromising quality.

  • Conduct weekly scans of top job boards and monthly reviews with local directors to identify new opportunities.

  • Perform monthly checks on alumni employment to discover new employers.

Team Collaboration- You’ll collaborate with both the B2B and Career teams.

  • Work closely with SDRs to ensure leads are managed and qualified promptly.

  • Participate in bi-weekly meetings to ensure alignment in managing responsibilities.

  • Manage weekly deliverables and reflections to optimize workload and productivity.

Data & Dashboard

  • Oversee marketing data within HubSpot, ensuring accurate cleaning, tracking, segmentation, and analysis.

  • Develop and maintain a dashboard for tracking and analyzing performance across all marketing channels. 



Preferred experience

This is the role for you if :

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, paid media, growth management and / or lead generation.

  • You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in paid media and data analysis tools.

  • You consider yourself a “people person” and have excellent communication and project management skills.

  • You are proficient in tools such as HubSpot.

  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • You are enthusiastic about B2B and curious about new technologies
