Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Analyst Intern to join our team for 6 months. You will work closely with the Strategic Finance team on critical topics, including financial planning, business modeling, financial reporting, pricing strategies, and M&A projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in corporate finance within a fast-paced and transformative industry.


 Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Planning
    • Assist in the preparation and refinement of the company’s strategic business plans.
    • Contribute to financial forecasting and scenario analysis.
  2. Business Modelization
    • Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate performance and assess growth opportunities.
    • Conduct sensitivity analyses to support decision-making.
  3. Pricing Strategy
    • Collaborate on pricing models to optimize revenue streams.
    • Perform market benchmarking and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  4. Financial Reporting
    • Support the creation of internal and external financial reports.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. M&A Activities
    • Participate in the evaluation of potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
    • Conduct due diligence and support the integration process.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong academic record, with prior coursework or experience in corporate finance or M&A.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Interest in media, technology, or digital transformation is an advantage.
