Level.works
Filipe is originally from Portugal. He first came to the Czech Republic back in 2007 as an Erasmus student. Starting off in IT as a developer, he quickly moved up to a managerial role. He spent several years as the Head of Delivery for various multinational companies. Towards the end of 2021, he got an offer to be the manager and founder of the Level.works Solution Center in Brno. His team started with just two people and grew to nine employees by the end of 2022.
Outside of work, Filipe loves hanging out with his little son, cycling, watching football, traveling, and grabbing a beer with friends.
Jan played a pivotal role as one of the initial two members when the Solution Center first took off. Despite being an experienced backend developer, his initial aspiration was to become a graphic designer. Jan accumulated experience in various multinational IT companies, including the banking sector. Towards the end of 2021, a long-time colleague and friend extended an offer to join the formation of the Solution Center, and Jan, becoming its first employee, enthusiastically accepted.
Outside of work, he has a keen interest in movies, books, sports (particularly as a devoted HC Kometa Brno fan), heavy metal, and PC games. However, these days, most of his time is dedicated to his young children.
Katerina became a part of the company in October 2022. She spent several years abroad. Upon returning to the Czech Republic, she worked with a few non-profit organizations, however her ultimate goal was to work in People Care (HR), preferably in a non-corporate environment. Therefore, she did not hesitate much and joined the Solution center. She managed to set up all HR processes “from scratch”, including HR marketing and employer branding.
Outside of work, Katerina enjoys taking her son out, cycling around the scenic Moravian Karst, and tending to her garden.
Natalie became a part of the team in June 2023, stepping into the role of Junior Tester. Prior to college, she had the chance to work in the Netherlands and developed a deep affection for the country. Now, she considers herself fortunate to be part of a Dutch company.
As a junior tester at Level.works, Nat is part of a small but expanding company, she engages in a diverse range of tasks and projects.
Beyond work, Natalie is enthusiastic about traveling, going on hikes, and indulging in art movies. Working at Level.works is an exciting opportunity for her, and both the company and her colleagues eagerly anticipate the journey ahead for her.
Christian became part of the team in August 2022. Originally hailing from the town of Hernani in Spain, close to the border with France. After experimenting with various technologies and concluding that the corporate business environment was not being the right fit for him, decided to join Level.works.
Within the Level.works platform, Christian primarily focuses on frontend development for both our web and mobile applications that cater to our clients.
Outside of work, he has a keen interest in sports, particularly football and Formula 1, along with a passion for video games, reading, socializing with friends, and embarking on solo-travel adventures.

Level.works is a youthful company headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands, dedicated to developing a platform that unites clients and flexible workers in the fields of logistics, transport, delivery and security.
In addition to streamlining processes, one of Level.works' primary objectives is to foster employee satisfaction and conduct business responsibly, with a commitment to the environment and various social groups.
