Essential base of our data stack, Delta Lake is a storage layer that offers reliability, security, performance while allowing us to perform streaming and batch operations. Coupled with notebooks, we can create complex datasets and learning models in a simple and fast way.
AxonIQ ⚙️
At the heartbeat of our software architecture for new products, this framework enabled the DDD approach through a simple and robust implementation of event sourcing and CQRS.
JetBrains Ultima ⚙️
Accessible to all developers, the JetBrains Ultimate IDE suite allows us to standardize our work methods while gaining productivity.
Organization and methodologies
Two work methods are currently used by our teams:
- Kanban for products with a short development cycle.
- ShapeUp for products with a longer development cycle and requiring more advanced product discovery.
Peer programming is strongly encouraged in our teams. Daily meetings are held for all projects and we have weekly thematic meetings dedicated to the follow-up of substantive topics.
Recruitment process
**First interview with the VP Engineering : **
- Presentation of the company, products, technical stack, methods and the position to be filled.
- Understanding the candidate's experience and expectations
**Technical test to be done at home **
- This is a project on Github where he has to implement the features described in the readme.
Second interview with a lead dev:
- Review of the test and exchange on the technical vision
Final interview with a member of the People team
