As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will have the exciting opportunity to steer our recruitment strategy and employer brand while being responsible for our end-to-end recruitment processes.

Reporting directly to the VP of People, your missions will include (but not be limited to) the following :

• Manage a team of experienced and passionate recruiters ;
• Keep helping Lydia shine bright on the French recruitment scene ;
• Identify and assess the best candidate profiles across functions, locations and seniority levels ;
• Accompany candidates across the entire recruitment experience ;
• Closely oversee your candidates’ hiring process to ensure the smooth execution of high-quality interviews ;
• Follow up on your new hires’ integration and manage the continuous feedback loop to take our sourcing and recruitment efforts to the next level ;
• Own the design and implementation of our Talent Acquisition technology revamp ;
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations in a highly dynamic work environment ;
• Support and contribute to the development of our employer brand proposition (career portal, events, campus, etc.) ;
• Own the company-wide hiring strategy and implementation plan to meet ambitiously exciting quarterly goals ;
• Define key recruitment metrics in line with priority business needs ;
• Report on your team’s output in order to identify process optimisation opportunities.

• You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the French and international Talent Acquisition arena ;
• You have proven past experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in a fast-growing environment ;
• You have a strong sense of curiosity and a natural capacity to step outside of your comfort zone ;
• You can demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills in both French and English ;
• You’re eager to roll up your sleeves to help drive Lydia’s exponential growth.
