You will be joining Paul-Louis (COO), Aiden (Head of Science) and Mathilde (Science Project Manager. Most of their efforts are currently aiming at creating the most relevant and engaging candidate experience through a comprehensive, innovative, scientifically backed and constantly improving test library, as well as to boost and support customer onboarding and adoption of Maki.
As Maki is gearing up for ever more exciting times and gathering more and more users, the Operations team will focus on deep-diving in the experience of both candidates and recruiters, to understand what it takes to fuel their satisfaction and foster adoption, relying on the insights they can gather through Data and interaction with them.

Bringing our test library to life
Co-creating our test creation roadmap based on customer needs and market requirements
Project management from topic identification to test creation, until all content is ready to be uploaded on the platform
Testing and adjusting the test experience on our platform before making it publicly available to our customers and candidates
Adapting our tests to the evolution of the platform (new layouts, gamification etc), through collaboration with our Tech team around new features
Continuously improving all our processes, including through automation and use of generative AI
Supporting GTM and OB&S teams
Creating on-demand customized test for our customers
Supporting our sales efforts, helping on the creation of the best assessments for demos and creating the WOW effect
Communicating around our makers and tests
Managing content around our test library and makers
Keeping our website up to date with all relevant information
Providing internal teams with key information around our tests
