MISSIONS & PURPOSE

• Be part of the Squad “GL & Assets” in Solution P2P/R2R (Finance / IT / external integrator)
• Is accountable for the content, quality & timing of the delivery according to squad planning
• Protect the template and define the “closest-to-standard” solution for processes, Data and KPI
• Contribute to overall Finance best practices and solution improvement in collaboration with NEO Métier domain Leads

HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT

• Based on business demands coming from the Activation domain, define the “closest-to-standard” solution in NEO for processes, data and KPI’s
• Ensure Finance processes and ways of working are being shaped according to market’s best practices and standards, yet adapted to L’Oréal’s context and culture
• Ensure close integration with Finance and IT
• Interact with other Squads in the Tribe and with other Tribes to ensure harmonized End-To-End processes

• Real expert in Accounting, with experience in the business (subsidiary, plant, shared service center), in several positions
• Technical affinity especially with SAP (10+ years of experience)
• Nice to Have: project environment experience
• Ability to challenge the historical ways of working in order to implement standard and best practices
• Curiosity, resilience, quick decision making skills, very collaborative mindset
• Good communication skills to work in a challenging and international environment
