The Marketing, Communication & Event team is in charge of increasing Matawan's exposure and promoting its offers. To achieve this, the team designs sales tools and adapts content for every communication channel, it also participates in exhibitions, enters contests to boost the company's reputation and encourages its growth in the booming mobility sector.
The engineering teams, according to their role, design and develop the technical roadmap of the product in collaboration with the Product team. Their objective is also to ensure the durability, upgradability, and technical quality of all products.
The service’s role is to deploy and configure Ubitransport products for new customers and new features for existing customers. The technical and business expertise of the teams is essential to support clients in the implementation of their projects. The team consists mainly of Directors and Project Managers.
Customer Satisfaction teams have the responsibility of addressing customer's day-to-day problems, ensuring the correct use of the products, and guaranteeing the customer's satisfaction. They also design, deploy and run product training courses for customers.
