You will join the ICT support team, maintaining key systems for our internal customers and resolving user issues. Your role will ensure the reliability of IT services and enhance client and customer satisfaction.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Support for corporate system users

• Advanced WAN infrastructure management

• Advanced LAN infrastructure management

• Security systems management (firewall)

• Antivirus systems management

What do we expect?

• Experience in providing user support

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/MAN network topology, switching, routing, WLAN, L2-VLAN, L3-VLAN routing technologies, and SNMP

• General knowledge of ICT security strategies

• Familiarity with technologies (e.g., CheckPoint, Juniper, HPE, Cisco) is an advantage

• Knowledge of the English language (especially IT terminology)

• Analytical abilities and the ability to solve problems independently

• Good communication skills, conscientiousness,

• Driver’s license class B (occasional travel within the group companies)
