We’re looking for specialized role that provides delivery and maintenance of the application portfolio in a dedicated functional area. The job holder is responsible for application support, development, and project delivery within their functional area, including SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. They manage the entire lifecycle of assigned service tickets. Provided services mainly consist of business requirements analysis, solution design and development, solution testing, user training, change impact assessment, solution implementation, as well as documentation of developed solutions followed by ongoing support.
Main Accountabilities
1. Application Support / Business Continuity
Provide day-to-day L2-L3 support in SAP ECC (temporary) and S/4 HANA.
Resolve technical incidents and act as a consultant for stakeholders.
Conduct system testing and user training.
Facilitate business discussions.
2. Application Development / Enhancements
Design and implement solutions that add business value.
Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions meet standards and maintain documentation.
3. Projects Delivery
Support business case preparation for projects.
Serve as a project team member or project lead
Provide functional and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Follow PMO standards when participating in or leading projects.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Economy, IT management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advanced communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented.
Understanding of FMCG business is a plus.
Critical Experience / Skills
Ability to analyze, design, and optimize Supply Chain processes to leverage S/4 HANA capabilities.
Medior knowledge (3+ years of configuration and customization) of the following S/4 HANA modules: Supply Chain including Extended Warehouse Management; Manufacturing including Quality Management; Sourcing and Procurement including Purchasing.
Proven hands-on experience with at least two S/4 HANA greenfield projects, including data migrations, either as an SC & Ops Implementation Team Leader or Senior expert responsible for the entire lifecycle (from business requirements, through solution design & development to deployment and operation of the implemented solution).
Expertise in integrating Manufacturing and Inventory management with SAP FI/CO modules.
Experience in negotiating with senior stakeholders.
Understanding of SAP security concept, roles, authorizations, and compliance requirements.
Language: Czech or Slovak native with English at B2 level or higher
Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning and SAP Clean-Core Strategy concept and BTP application development is a plus
