We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales and Development Associate to drive our growth in the Finnish market. You will play a critical role in expanding CarCutter’s presence by identifying and engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Executive for the Nordics to identify opportunities and secure strategic meetings with automotive dealerships, OEMs, and marketplaces. Your ability to uncover client needs and introduce CarCutter’s cutting-edge AI-powered imaging solutions will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients in the Finnish automotive market, including dealerships, OEMs, and marketplaces.
- Execute outbound sales activities such as cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to support sales targets.
Discovery and Qualification:
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs, current processes, and pain points.
- Qualify prospects by gathering information on decision-making authority, existing photo operations, and potential opportunities.
- Ensure that only well-qualified leads are progressed in the sales cycle.
Collaboration with Sales Executive for the Nordics:
- Work closely with the Sales Executive to align on strategy, coordinate efforts, and hand off qualified leads for deeper engagement.
- Participate in collaborative discussions to tailor solutions and messaging to the needs of strategic accounts.
Pitching and Booking Meetings:
- Deliver concise and impactful elevator pitches that showcase CarCutter’s AI-driven imaging solutions.
- Schedule meetings with key decision-makers to progress opportunities through the pipeline.
CRM and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline progression in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Provide regular updates on lead generation performance and prospecting efforts.
