Location: Germany (Fully Remote)

Having achieved significant success in France, we are now on an ambitious mission to expand our footprint into the German market. Key Responsibilities
As the Business Developer for Germany, your primary goal will be to drive sales and rapidly grow our market presence. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is relentless in pursuing opportunities and closing deals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Take charge of the entire sales process—from aggressive prospecting to closing deals. You will be the main driver of revenue growth in Germany.
  • Targeted Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure key clients in the German real estate market. Use your deep industry connections to open doors and initiate high-value conversations.
  • High-Impact Negotiations: Employ your negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals that meet or exceed our ambitious sales targets.
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Identify and engage with key strategic clients in the German real estate market, leveraging your industry knowledge and network.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing contractual matters and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement of our offerings.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain rigorous activity reports in our CRM (Hubspot) and provide regular updates to management.

Preferred experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Business Development or Sales role, ideally within a SaaS company, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding and network within the German real estate industry.
  • Startup Culture: Familiarity with the fast-paced environment of a startup and a strong affinity for tech-driven solutions.
  • Results-Oriented: A natural closer who thrives under pressure and is driven by overachievement.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German is required and English proficiency.
