To support our global People strategy, we are looking for an HR Intern to join our organization. This position is based in Paris.

This function is suited to someone who is self-motivated, curious, with a “can do” attitude, excellent communication and comfortable operating in a fast-paced international working environment.

The role

Part of the HR team, you will be in charge of supporting the People strategy and in particular contribute to numerous projects currently ongoing:

·         Procedures of offboarding / onboarding

·         Support on the creation of the training plan (collect data from Managers, search for trainings, budget preparation…)

·         Schedule internal and external trainings (dates, participants, meeting request, logistics…)

·         HR Dashboard and reporting

·         And any other initiative you’d like to make yours !

·         Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent verbal, written communication skills

·         Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

·         Show strong organisational skills with ability to prioritize

·         Be an enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills

·         Fluent French and good level of English

·         Good Office pack skills
