Currently, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager for the Notino brand who will be responsible for shaping and promoting our brand identity through all 27 countries Notino operates.

You will be mainly responsible for brand 360 campaigns from the idea to the execution.

A big part of your job will be developing creative concepts according to the targets and production management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

What are the key responsibilities you will have?

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Development: Plan and oversee the creation of marketing 360 campaigns, including owned channels, social media, content marketing, PR, stores, etc.
  • Creative development: Together with the brand team, graphic team, art director and copywriters you will be responsible for developing top-quality creative concepts that resonate with the target audience and brand Notino.
  • Project Management: You will be responsible for brand marketing projects which you will overlook not only in terms of time but also finance. You will also be responsible for the final results and evaluation.
  • Trend monitoring: Part of the work will also include monitoring trends and innovations in the field of television and YouTube advertising, marketing, e-commerce and beauty business.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to campaigns and initiatives that yield the highest ROI.
  • Brand Performance Metrics: You will regularly analyze brand performance data to assess the impact of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

What do you need for this role?

  • At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing;
  • Czech and English language at communication level, at least B2, is needed;
  • Experiences with campaign management, production and project management
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Very strong organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
